Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a 2nd Shift Test Operator in Leominster, MA to run various automatic testing equipment and interpret results in an ESD environment.

This long-term temporary role offers potential for temp-to-hire, with a starting pay of USD22 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule (2:30 PM–11:00 PM).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (including marijuana).
• At least 1 year of work experience preferred.
• Comfortable wearing lab gear while performing tasks.
• Prior electronics manufacturing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, technical operating, and maintenance instructions.

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a diligent and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Test Operator for a semiconductor manufacturing company located in Leominster, Massachusetts. Responsibilities

• Utilize small hand tools and a microscope for detailed work.
• Handle sensitive electronic components with care and precision.
• Load tiny parts into machines and follow detailed work instructions.
• Perform data entry of test results to maintain accurate records.
• Operate within an Electric Static Discharge (ESD) environment.
• Set up and operate various automatic testing equipment to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Identify and notify group leader or appropriate personnel of any defective products.

Qualifications

Competitive pay rate starting at $22.00 per hour.
