You will own test strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvements across test infrastructure, automation, and quality systems, ensuring scalable, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Staff+ level impact across large programs.
• Proven ability to define and execute engineering strategy.
• Track record in driving measurable outcomes (cost, yield, quality, scalability).

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term test engineering and manufacturing test strategy.
• Own roadmap planning for test infrastructure, automation, and quality systems.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across design, quality, manufacturing, test, and supplier teams.
• Lead strategic engagements with customers, suppliers, and partners to define roadmaps.
• Act as liaison to resolve technical challenges and align priorities.
• Leverage data-driven insights to diagnose issues and implement improvements.
• Lead end-to-end test programs to improve yield, reliability, and quality.
