Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Test Engineering Program Coordinator to own the end-to-end test coordination across programs and sites. You will work closely with hardware product managers, program managers, test engineers, EH&S, and facilities operations to ensure testing runs smoothly.

The role requires managing intake, scheduling, documentation, and communications for test events, plus maintaining range relationships and travel between internal and external sites.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with cUAS, UAS, or other autonomous flight test programs.
• Project management experience in technical fields.
• Proficiency with Jira, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• BS degree or high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end test coordination process across all programs and test sites, interfacing with hardware product managers, program managers, test engineers, EH&S, and facilities operations.
• Establish and manage an in-take process for test event requirements.
• Coordinate test events of varying sizes and complexities with stakeholders to ensure resources, equipment, documentation, and communications are properly managed.
• Maintain and communicate a comprehensive schedule of test events across internal and external ranges.
• Support the T&E Manager in test evaluation, approvals, documentation, and range personnel communications and resource allocation.
• Maintain roster of test range relationships to broaden testing capability.
• Travel 25-50% between internal ranges and external partners.
