Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the Test & Evaluation organization to lead flight and hardware test operations across our test site network. You will manage two team leads and be accountable for throughput, safety, and quality of test execution.

This role integrates Scheduling & Coordination with Site Operations and partners with DoD/DoE ranges, FAA, and military units. Travel up to 50% is required as you set operating cadence, drive performance, and align

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive experience in test operations, flight test, range operations, or a related operational leadership field.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience, including managing other managers or team leads.
• Experience running operations at a flight test range, DoD/DoE test range, or similar environment (UAS, cUAS, manned aviation, or autonomous systems).
• Strong program and project management foundation – ability to run intake, prioritization, scheduling, and execution across multiple programs/sites.
• Track record of building and enforcing operating cadence to drive performance and leadership visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scheduling & Coordination and Site Operations across internal and external test sites.
• Oversee end-to-end operating model for test execution: intake, prioritization, scheduling, resourcing, range setup, execution, and closeout.
• Serve as the single accountable operations leader for test-site throughput and conflict resolution in safe, efficient manner.
• Collaborate with Hardware Test Operations, Safety and Standards, product managers, test engineering, EH&S, and facilities to align capacity with roadmaps.
• Create metrics, dashboards, and operating reviews for leadership visibility.
• Standardize intake, scheduling, safety reviews, and site operations across all test sites.
• Manage external relationships with DoD/DoE test ranges, FAA/airspace coordinators, frequency coordinators, site directors, and military units.
• Ensure compliance with policies via Safety & Standards.
• Support incident response and post-event reviews to feed lessons learned into scheduling and training.
• Travel up to 50% for site visits.
