Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Lab Coordinator for the Enterprise Test Capabilities (ETC) lab to manage logistics and flow across multiple test domains. You will serve as the central coordinating point for resource planning, equipment movement, and documentation to keep the lab at peak throughput.

The role requires organizing, compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaboration with test engineers to support engineering activities and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs regularly and move items.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and stooping; overtime/weekends as needed.
• Proficient with MS Office and strong organizational skills.
• US Person status as defined under ITAR (citizen, PR, or asylee/refugee).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move equipment to ensure efficient lab operations.
• Coordinate onboarding, stocking, purchasing, and work center flow for parts.
• Coordinate off-site processing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain clean and accurate MEP data and inventory records.
• Assist with calibration management and AS9100 audit readiness.
• Support lab organization and safety compliance across the workspace.
• Coordinate haz waste scheduling and act as EHS liaison.
• Manage consumables, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Assist test engineers with operational tasks supporting engineering activities.
