Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering discipline.
• Experience in test and evaluation, either through relevant work experience or internships/projects.
• Basic understanding of requirements development, test planning, and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and reporting on system integration, developmental, and operational tests.
• Gather test data, analyze performance, and compile reports with actionable insights.
• Document issues, deviations, and corrective actions in Test Readiness Reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure traceability from requirements through verification and validation.
• Participate in lab-based and field validation testing to support improvements.
