RTX is hiring for a Test Equipment IPTL at Tucson, AZ, to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive TE development to production. You will manage cost, schedule, and technical risk while coordinating with hardware and software teams.

The role emphasizes CAM responsibilities, system integration, and ensuring timely delivery of TDPs, with opportunities to mentor engineers and influence program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of experience.
• Experience with Technical Data Package (TDP) management and development.
• Experience coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, systems, and test equipment).
• CAM certification is required.
• Experience developing project plans and managing cost and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multidiscipline team of electrical, mechanical, software, and system engineers and support personnel.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge transfer across IPTLs.
• Provide status and technical updates to program management and stakeholders.
• Act as CAM for the test equipment, monitoring cost and schedule.
• Drive timely execution of engineering scope addressing design challenges.
• Mentor engineers and share program process knowledge.
• Manage priorities and workloads for the TE team and projects.
• Follow TE development processes and ensure timely TDP release.
