Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Test Engineering Intern to join our team and work directly with Blue engineering teams on projects supporting our business units. The internship offers hands-on test experience across fluid, propulsion, mechanical, avionics software, structures, GNC and electronic systems. Projects may involve test stands and working at heights; housing and relocation support are offered, with hourly compensation of $32.00.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester remaining
• Completed at least one year of full-time coursework post high school graduation
• Available to work full time for 15 weeks while not enrolled in coursework
• Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in Blue Origin's mission

Responsibilities

• Hands-on test experience on projects across fluid, propulsion, mechanical, avionics software, structures, GNC and electronic systems
• Test planning and operation of test systems; some projects may involve working at a test stand and at heights
