Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking interns to work directly with engineering teams on projects supporting our business units. This 15-week test engineering internship offers hands-on experience in design, analysis, test planning and operation of test systems for fluid, propulsion, mechanical, avionics software, structures, GNC and electronics.

Interns may work at test stands; housing and relocation support is offered, with daily commuting to locations.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or asylum/refugee status.
• Undergraduate student with at least one semester remaining.
• Completed at least one year of coursework after high school.
• Available to work full time for 15 weeks while not enrolled in coursework.
• Strong written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in Blue Origin's mission.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, analysis, test planning and operation of test systems.
• Work on projects related to fluid, propulsion, mechanical, avionics software, structures, GNC and electronics.
• Support test stands and potentially work at heights.
