Job summary

Blue Origin envisions millions of people living and working in space, and we are building reusable, safe, low-cost systems. Our Interns work directly with engineering teams on real projects and gain hands-on test experience in design, analysis, test planning, and operation of test systems.

Positions involve projects across fluids, propulsion, machining, avionics software, structures, GNC and electronics, with some stand work and heights.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible or a lawful resident.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester remaining.
• Completed at least one year of coursework post-high school.
• Available to work full-time for 15 weeks while not enrolled.
• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in Blue Origin's mission.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, analysis, test planning and operation of test systems for fluids, propulsion, mechanical, avionics software, structures, GNC and electronics.
• Work includes potential testing at a stand and at heights.
• Collaborate with Blue engineering teams to support business units.
