Job summary

Blue Origin is offering a Test Engineering Internship for undergraduates to work closely with engineering teams on hands-on test projects. You will contribute to design, analysis, test planning, and operation of diverse test systems supporting propulsion, avionics, and mechanical domains.

The role requires standing coursework, strong communication, and a passion for space exploration. The 15-week program is on-site, with compensation of $32.00 per hour and opportunities to work at test stands

Qualifications

• <1> U.S. citizen or eligible for internship in the U.S.
• <2> Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester remaining
• <3> Completed at least one year of coursework after high school and available to work full time for 15 weeks
• <4> Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• <5> Strong interest in Blue Origin's mission

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Blue engineering teams on test projects
• Assist in design, analysis, test planning and operation of test systems
• Support testing of fluid, propulsion, mechanical, avionics software, structures, GNC and electronic systems
• Some projects may involve working at heights at a test stand
