Job summary

B4Corp in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Test Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated tests within a commercial cloud environment. You will contribute to the CI/CD pipeline and help streamline testing to accelerate software releases.

The ideal candidate brings deep automation experience (Selenium/Katalon), Java or Python, and strong DevOps skills. You will mentor junior engineers, define testing standards, and collaborate across Scrum roles to ensure high quality deliveries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with automation testing and QA.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
• Experience with Selenium or Katalon Studio.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work in SAFe/Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect automated testing solutions and framework strategy.
• Drive test automation standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level test engineers.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies to support testing needs.
• Develop automated tests for GUI/COTS apps (Selenium/Katalon).
• Support performance testing and CI/CD integration with tests.
