Job summary

B4Corp is seeking a senior Test Engineer to support automated testing and test data development for mission-critical systems in Bethesda. The role requires hands-on scripting (Python) and strong automation skills within Agile teams.

You will contribute to CI/CD pipelines, validate software, and coordinate with Scrum, PO, and developers. The position offers exposure to cloud environments (AWS), test automation tooling (Selenium, Katalon Studio), and a compensation package with strong benefits.

Qualifications

Experience in Agile software testing and automation.
Strong scripting experience (Python) for automation tasks.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and DevOps tools.
Proven ability to create, execute and document test cases in an agile cadence.

Responsibilities

Participate in Agile software development initiatives to support testing of custom applications.
Collaborate to assess story points and ensure testing aligns with acceptance criteria.
Develop automated test approaches and scripts for recurring tests.
Develop end-to-end test narratives using JIRA/Confluence.
Generate test data and identify edge cases for user stories.
Support performance testing using JMeter and cloud-based environments.
