Job summary

Ctrl+ is a leading software engineering and staffing firm based in Elkridge, Maryland, seeking a Software Engineer (SWE) Skill Level 3. Responsibilities include supporting full lifecycle testing, test plan development, and automated testing capabilities for DoD programs.

A Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph is required. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 6 years of relevant experience or a Master’s with 2 years, and strong Linux/test automation skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain test plans, cases, and processes.
• Create and maintain test environments and automated test capabilities.
• Perform Integration & Testing and Acceptance Testing, report and track issues.

Software Engineer (SWE) Skill Level 3

Experience required to support software development and fulllife cycle testing of mission systems including the design,development, and maintenance of test plans/cases/processes,the creation and maintenance of test environments andautomated test capabilities, the performance of Integration &Testing and Acceptance Testing, and the reporting andtracking of problems through their resolution. Knowledge oftest automation using Python, performance/load/stress testing,data interface testing, user interface testing, security testing,code coverage tools, and systems integration testing.Experience related to the installation, configuration,management, and enhancement of software applications,LINUX systems, and connected network components.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• 6 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 2years of relevant experience.
• An active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last 7 years.
