Job summary

Ctrl+ is seeking a Test & Evaluation professional with a Top Secret clearance and CI polygraph for DoD programs in Maryland. You will analyze requirements and concept of operations to craft evaluation and test plans, lead data collection and reporting, and support DoD T&E documentation and program integration.

The role emphasizes collaboration with other test organizations and tailoring T&E capabilities to system maturity and performance areas as defined in the SOW.

Qualifications

• Nine (9) years experience in tests for programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and OPs documents to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures.
• Prepare for and conduct data collection and analysis; report status and results.
• Support development of DoD T&E documentation (Strategy, ETMP, Event Test Plans, T&E Reports).
• Collaborate with other test organizations to integrate the T&E program.

The Work

Analyzes system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results. Supports the development of Government test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports. Works with other test organizations to support T&E program integration. Provides specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance area as assigned in the SOW.

Basic Qualifications

• Nine (9) years experience as a Test in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required, or seven (7) years with a masters degree.
• An active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last 7 years.
