Job summary

Ctrl+ is an innovative software engineering and staffing firm based in Elkridge, Maryland. This role focuses on test and evaluation (T&E) activities for DoD programs, including planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting results.

Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph is required. The candidate will develop T&E artifacts and support T&E program integration across organizations, tailoring capabilities to system function and maturity.

Qualifications

• Nine years of test experience in programs and contracts of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree required, or seven years with a master's.
• Active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and concept of operations to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures.
• Prepare for and conduct data collection and analysis, and report status and results.
• Develop Government test and evaluation documentation (e.g., T&E Strategy, T&E Master Plan, Event Test Plans, T&E Reports) and support program integration.

The Work:

Analyzes system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results. Supports the development of Government test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports. Works with other test organizations to support T&E program integration. Provides specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance area as assigned in the SOW.

Desired Skills (2 of the below):

• Cucumber/Gherkin
• Playwright
• Jmeter
• Swagger (or similar API tool)
• Selenium Tools: Cypress, 508 testing tools (JAWS or NVDA)

Basic Qualifications:

• Nine (9) years experience as a Test in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required, or seven (7) years with a masters degree.
• An active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last 7 years.
