Job summary

Ctrl+ is seeking a high‑caliber Test Engineer to analyze system requirements and concept of operations documents in order to develop rigorous evaluation and test plans. You will prepare and conduct data collection, analyze results, and report status to stakeholders.

You will contribute to T&E strategy, master plans, event test plans, readiness assessments, and T&E reports, working with DoD partners. The role requires a TS clearance with CI polygraph within the last 7 years and a strong

Qualifications

• Nine years of test program experience or seven years with a master’s degree.
• Active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last seven years.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or related discipline; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and OPs documents to develop evaluation and test plans.
• Prepare for and conduct data collection and analysis; report status and results.
• Support development of T&E documentation (Strategy, Master Plan, Event Plans, TRAs, T&E Reports).
• Collaborate with other test organizations to integrate the T&E program.

The Work:

Analyzes system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results. Supports the development of Government test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports. Works with other test organizations to support T&E program integration. Provides specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance area as assigned in the SOW.

• Swagger (or similar API tool)
• Selenium Tools: Cypress, 508 testing tools (JAWS or NVDA)

Basic Qualifications:

• Nine (9) years experience as a Test in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required, or seven (7) years with a masters degree.
• An active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last 7 years.
