Job summary

SimTech, Inc. in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Test Engineer/Analyst, Mid-Level, to join a diverse team working with real-time HWIL systems and THAAD-related defense software.

You will design and maintain test cases, analyze complex missile defense system performance, and support hardware-in-the-loop testing across software and hardware domains. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience, IBCS exposure, strong MATLAB data analysis, Linux/Unix

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Direct operational or test experience with Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS).
• Proficient in data manipulation/analysis, data visualization, signal/data processing, electromagnetics, and system engineering using MATLAB or similar tools.
• Ability to develop reports/briefings explaining complex system behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design analysis tools and develop test cases for software and system integration.
• Analyze missile defense system performance and document results in test reports.
• Support a broad range of projects including performance analysis, modeling & simulation, and risk reduction.
• Apply engineering principles to develop system requirements and ensure functionality.
