Job summary

Jabil seeks a Sr. Test Engineering Manager to provide strategic, technical, and people leadership for manufacturing test operations supporting large-form assemblies and system-level products.

You will guide high-voltage testing, low-voltage controls, and automated test solutions, while shaping a scalable, cost-effective test strategy. You will own test execution across programs, drive DFT, mentor engineers, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing test engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading engineers, technicians, or technical teams.
• Experience with high-voltage systems and safety-critical testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and recruiting for Test Engineers and technicians.
• Develop and sustain test strategies for LFA and system-level products.
• Drive Design for Testability (DFT) and test equipment development.
• Oversee NPI readiness, including test station build and ramp support.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs are met.
