Job summary

Celestica in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Lead Engineer, Test Manufacturing with responsibility for deploying and maintaining automatic test equipment and test programs used in product testing and design verification. The role focuses on improving test efficiency and quality across a manufacturing value stream.

Requires a Bachelor degree and at least 3 years of test engineering experience; a second shift (4:00 PM–2:30 AM) is included; strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent in engineering.
Minimum 3 years in test engineering.
Experience with test equipment and process optimization.

Responsibilities

Define, qualify, install and optimize test processes and equipment.
Lead test process optimization for productivity, cycle time, and yield.
Debug test processes using DOE, tools and failure analysis methods.
Collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to fix yield issues.
Develop roadmaps to improve test coverage, diagnosability and OEE.
Analyze yield reports and equipment logs to identify yield loss sources.
Support MES integration for test data, logs and parameters.
Second shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM.
