Cadmus Group is seeking a Test Engineer to ensure quality and reliability of complex systems for a federal client. You will bridge business requirements and technical solutions, support system releases, validate designs, and improve testing processes across environments.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of data/testing experience, SQL proficiency, and familiarity with Snowflake. You’ll work in a fast-paced setting, collaborate with SMEs, and contribute to production support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering/IS).
• 2-4 years of data or system testing in complex, enterprise environments.
• Experience querying and validating large data sets; SQL knowledge preferred.
• Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
• Agile experience; SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks preferred.
• Experience with scripting/data analysis tools (R, Python) a plus.
• Ability to obtain a FNS MBI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute data testing strategies across complex workflows and integrations.
• Develop and maintain test plans and documentation from detailed requirements.
• Perform end-to-end testing, defect management, and results tracking.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Validate data and API outputs across environments.
• Triage, reproduce, and resolve defects, including production support.
