Job summary

Creation Technologies seeks a Test Engineer to lead commissioning, validation, sustaining, and support of test systems for customer products. You will apply DFT concepts, define test processes, and collaborate with fixture developers to improve yields and quality.

You’ll troubleshoot production test issues, document procedures, and train teams while coordinating with customers and suppliers to ensure robust test coverage and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing test environment.
• Sound fundamental knowledge of digital and analog circuitry.
• Proficient in test and measurement instrumentation.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Effective communication with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Establish optimum production test strategies with customer teams.
• Implement DFT philosophy across test systems.
• Coordinate test equipment procurement and fixture development.
• Provide guidance and training to production test teams.
• Troubleshoot and support root cause analysis of test failures.
• Maintain test system documentation and approve changes.
• Collaborate with QA meetings and support test issues.
