Job summary

MtronPTI is seeking a Test Engineer to design and implement production and engineering test methods for electronic assemblies and systems in Orlando, FL. You will develop automated test solutions, document procedures, and collaborate with Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability and testability.

You will troubleshoot test failures, analyze data for trends, and support NPI initiatives, aiming to improve yield, throughput, and product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics or related field.
• 2–5 years of electronic test engineering experience.
• Experience with RF/Microwave measurements and electronic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document production and engineering test methods for electronic assemblies/systems.
• Develop automated and semi-automated test equipment.
• Create and maintain test procedures and documentation.
• Troubleshoot failures in manufacturing and test environments.
• Analyze test data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Support NPI by validating test equipment and strategies.
