Job summary

Creation Technologies LP in Wisconsin is seeking a Test Engineer to lead commissioning, validation, sustaining and support of customer‑supplied and Creation‑designed test systems, applying DFT and manufacturing philosophy.

You will collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot, define the test process, and drive improvements for high yields, with strong documentation and customer interface. The role reports to the Engineering Lead and supports the Customer Focused Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing test environment.
• Sound fundamental knowledge of digital and analog circuitry.

Responsibilities

• Establish optimum production test strategies with Customer Test Teams.
• Understand and implement DFT philosophy.
• Collaborate with fixture developers and suppliers to procure test equipment.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and technical support teams to resolve test issues.
• Troubleshoot and debug test system hardware and software.
• Maintain, upgrade, and repair test systems and fixtures.
• Develop and revision-control test system documentation.
• Commission and validate test systems for functionality, performance, and test coverage.
• Provide technical guidance and training for production test teams.
