Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a Test Engineer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance to join one of our top projects in Chantilly, VA. The role emphasizes software testing for web applications, modern frameworks, and CI/CD integration.

The candidate will work with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and testing tools like Jest, Cypress, Playwright, and more. Strong collaboration and communication are required in a fast-paced program.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
• Experience testing software, especially web apps.
• Understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on testing of React and TypeScript apps.
• Hands-on testing of Node.js server applications.
• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience with Mocha, Chai, Supertest, Postman, or Newman.
• Experience with Cypress, Playwright, Selenium WebDriver or Katalon Studio.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to monitor progress of multiple concurrent projects.

What You Must Have

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
• Demonstrated experience in software testing, preferably with web applications.
• Demonstrated experience understandingof software testing methodologies, tools,and processes.
• Demonstrated hands-on experiencetesting applications built with React andTypeScript.
• Demonstrated hands-on experiencetesting Node.js server applications.
• Demonstrated experience or proficiencyin using advanced testing frameworks andtools such as Jest, React Testing Library,Cypress, or Playwright
• Demonstrated experience or proficiencyin using advanced testing frameworks andtools such as Mocha, Chai, Supertest,Postman, or Newman.
• Demonstrated experience or proficiencyin using advanced testing frameworks andtools such as Cypress, Playwright,Selenium WebDriver or Katalon Studio.
• Demonstrated experience understandingversion control systems (e.g., Git).
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CDpipelines and integrating automatedtesting into deployment workflows.
• Demonstrated experience monitoring theprogress of multiple concurrent and highlyvisible projects and requirements.
