Job summary

Prometric in Rochester, MN is seeking a Test Center Administrator to represent Prometric at the test center. The TCA verifies candidate IDs, monitors exams, enforces policies to uphold exam integrity, and maintains a welcoming, orderly environment.

This role offers opportunities to work in a fast-paced setting, interact with test takers, and contribute to reliable testing services. Candidates should be comfortable with varied shifts, strong teamwork, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Windows OS.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform required security checks including wand usage.
• Continuously monitor candidates as they take exams.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain secure environment and materials in the test center at all times.
• Ensure each candidate has a fair and comfortable testing experience.
• Report any occurrences outside company guidelines.
• Be flexible with scheduling based on Prometric days of operations.
• Represent Prometric's vision, mission and values.
• Safeguard the test center from misconduct.
• If applicable, digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint identification.
