Expect to work in a fast-paced environment with a dedicated team. Responsibilities include greeting examinees, performing security checks, and maintaining a secure center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Maintain test center policies and procedures.
• Perform security checks including the use of wands.
• Monitor candidates during exams and ensure integrity.
• Address candidate issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Maintain a secure environment and proper handling of materials.
• Ensure a fair and comfortable testing experience for all examinees.
• Report any incidents outside company guidelines.
• Be flexible with scheduling based on operations.
• Represent Prometric's vision and values.
• If applicable, digitally record candidate fingerprint identification.
