Job summary

A leading staffing agency is seeking a candidate in Everett, WA to monitor test takers during electronic testing sessions. Key responsibilities include assisting instructors, managing testing area compliance, and maintaining schedules. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
• Technical aptitude with PC, able to help login and navigate through a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sit in a room at one of 3 facilities and monitor test takers.
• Help instructors and represent client as first point of contact for students in electronic testing sessions.
• Maintain assigned testing area’s schedules and monitor compliance guidelines.
