Pearson VUE is hiring a part-time Test Administrator to join our Tulsa, Oklahoma team. You will ensure secure exam delivery and provide superior customer service in a quiet testing environment.

The role requires checking in candidates, verifying IDs, and proctoring exams, with light duties and flexible shifts. Starting pay is $17.75/hour plus accrued sick time, and the position runs through April 2027.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and customer service in a testing environment.
• Check in candidates, verify IDs, explain exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot with internal teams for technical issues.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and assist as needed.
