Job summary

Honeywell in Arvada, CO is seeking a Test Cell Technician - Level 2 to provide technical expertise, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality in engineering processes. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work on-site at the Arvada location.

Responsibilities include assembling components for pumps, gearboxes, blowers, and compressors, setting up and testing units, and recording data per specifications. You will interface with engineering and inspectors and may train others as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret machine drawings.
• Proficient with micrometers, calipers and bore gauges.
• Understanding of instrumentation use and calibration of test stands.
• Ability to follow written instructions, procedures and IOMs.
• Mathematical skills in algebraic functions required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assembles precision machine components including pumps, gearboxes, blowers and compressors.
• Builds and tests all Sundyne products; verifies calibration of test equipment.
• Sets up, runs unit tests and records data per specs.
• Interfaces with engineering, customers, and inspectors.
• Performs TPM on test stands and maintains a clean, safe workspace.
• Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.
