Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support distribution channels by handling technical questions and quotations.
• Review inquiries to define project goals, needs, and scope of supply.
• Prepare technical proposals with data sheets, curves, and auxiliary systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop quotes and proposals.
• Provide technical answers, adjust proposals, and participate in pre-award discussions.
• Review orders for compliance with quoted specs.
• Handoff project data to management after order receipt and train staff as needed.
• Develop specifications and performance requirements for industrial equipment.
• Analyze costs to integrate new machinery into manufacturing processes.
• Adapt equipment using programming knowledge for specific applications.
• Prepare operating instructions and programs for equipment.
• Evaluate machinery capability and explore alternative methods.
• Schedule procedures and maintenance to ensure efficiency.
• Share technical information with other departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
