Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Assembly & Test Technician Level 2 in Arvada, CO to assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex mechanical systems. You will work on-site with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role reports to the Production Supervisor and requires 1st shift hours, safety-minded collaboration, and commitment to quality standards. Competitive benefits accompany this hands-on, on-site position.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in assembly and test roles within a manufacturing environment.
3 years experience using test equipment such as pressure gauges, pumps, motors, fittings, and plugs.
3 years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Strong proven Mechanical aptitude.
3 years experience using hand tools.
Physical ability to climb around skids and fit into relatively tight spaces.

Responsibilities

1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday.
Perform assembly and testing of mechanical systems according to specifications and work instructions.
Perform assembly work such as drilling & tapping into carbon steel; operating cranes; mounting components onto bases; bolting spools; routing tubing.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during assembly and testing to ensure product quality.
Document test results and maintain accurate records of production activities.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support process improvements.
Adhere to safety and quality standards in the work environment.
