Job summary

ComForCare Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team, providing companionship and basic support to clients in their own homes. You will help clients stay independent, assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and meal preparation while building meaningful relationships and ensuring safety.

We offer flexible shifts—full-time, part-time, or PRN—plus ongoing training and support in a caring, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Valid CNA license required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certificate required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and perform mobility tasks.
• Experience with Hoyer lift or other mobility devices is a plus.
• Ability to read, write and follow a written Plan of Care.
• Home care or senior community experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities to promote independence in their own homes.
• Provide personal care assistance as needed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range-of-motion exercises.
• Plan and prepare meals; assist with feeding.
• Manage household tasks and errands as required.
• Provide companionship and respite for families.

What we are looking for:

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Valid CNA License
• Current CPR and First aid certificate
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift minimum 50 lbs. and perform necessary movements
• Experience with Hoyer lift and other mobility assistance devices
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care/Aide Care Plan
• Previous experience as an at home caregiver or in senior communities is a bonus.

What you will be doing:

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.

• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
• Willing to work flexible shifts

Shifts:

• Full-time, Part-time, or PRN shifts options

Salary Range:

• $15.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
