Job summary

ComForCare Home Care in Texas seeks compassionate caregivers to support clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, meal planning, and household tasks while fostering independence and dignity.

Must hold a CNA license, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver’s license. Prior home-care experience is a plus; flexible shifts include full-time, part-time, or PRN to fit family needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid CNA license
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility
• Experience with Hoyer lift and other mobility devices
• Experience reading and following a written Plan of Care/Aide Care Plan
• Previous home care or senior living experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities to promote independence in a home setting
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Manage household tasks and errands as needed
• Provide companionship and respite for families
• Willing to work flexible shifts

What we are looking for:

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Valid CNA License
• Current CPR and First aid certificate
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift minimum 50 lbs. and perform necessary movements
• Experience with Hoyer lift and other mobility assistance devices
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care/Aide Care Plan
• Previous experience as an at home caregiver or in senior communities is a bonus.

What you will be doing:

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
• Willing to work flexible shifts

Shifts:

• Full-time, Part-time, or PRN shifts options

Salary Range:

• $15.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
