Job summary

ComForCare Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their own homes with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and meal preparation. This role emphasizes companionship and ensuring clients live independently while receiving safe, attentive care.

Qualifications

• Passion to serve and help others live their best lives.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid CNA license.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and use mobility devices.
• Experience with Hoyer lifts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent at home.
• Provide personal care assistance to clients.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion.
• Plan, prepare and feed meals.
• Handle household needs and provide companionship.
• Provide respite services for families.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.

What we are looking for:

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Valid CNA License
• Current CPR and First aid certificate
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift minimum 50 lbs. and perform necessary movements
• Experience with Hoyer lift and other mobility assistance devices
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care/Aide Care Plan
• Previous experience as an at home caregiver or in senior communities is a bonus.

What you will be doing:

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
• Willing to work flexible shifts

Shifts:

• Full-time, Part-time, or PRN shifts options

Salary Range:

• $15.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
