Job summary

Crane Company seeks an operator/test technician to perform assigned testing operations in a manufacturing setting in Lynnwood, WA. You will calibrate and adjust units, run automated and manual tests, and document results with detailed reports.

Responsibilities include interpreting work orders, drawings and procedures, plus assisting with safety and quality initiatives and supporting overtime as needed. High School diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment or equivalent education.
• Familiarity with product flow and computer systems.
• Good oral and written English; proactive problem solving.
• Ability to learn new test software and equipment.
• Manual dexterity and ability to work across software systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing operations within assigned functional area.
• Create non-conformance reports with detailed testing descriptions.
• Interpret work orders, drawings, procedures, failure reports, and manuals.
• Calibrate or adjust units and perform required calculations.
• Conduct automated and manual testing with various equipment.
• Test units in other programs under close supervision.
• Follow OSHA and Crane safety policies.
• Support CBS initiatives and overtime as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
