Crane Aerospace and Electronics is seeking a Test Engineer II for our Lynnwood, WA location. This on-site role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining Automated Test Equipment for aerospace products, with emphasis on cost, quality, and customer requirements.

You will work across functional groups, plan and manage activities, and lead a multifunctional team to meet safety, quality, and budget goals. Strong LabVIEW/TestStand and hardware design skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant work experience in test engineering.
• Hardware design experience including analog and digital.
• Automated test system design and data acquisition programming.
• Software development and verification; configuration control in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and improve Automated Test Equipment for aerospace products.
• Plan, estimate, prioritize and manage work to meet schedules and budgets.
• Produce design documentation including proposals, reports and schematics.
• Lead multifunctional teams to achieve safety, quality and cost goals on projects up to $500,000.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions for technical challenges.
• Support continuous improvement activities and ensure compliance with standards.
