Pearson in Midland, Texas is looking for a part-time testing proctor. Responsibilities include checking in candidates, proctoring exams, and handling technical issues. Candidates must demonstrate teamwork, flexibility in scheduling, and have at least a high school diploma along with some customer service experience.
The position requires sitting for long hours, and candidates must be able to lift light weights and work in quiet environments. Regular schedules are provided two weeks in advance.

Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work a variety of shifts any day, Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 7:15 am and 8:30 pm, and about two Saturdays per month. Sunday shifts would be infrequent, but a possibility if the need arises. Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling.
This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such, 5-19 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed.
