Job summary

Napleton’s Volkswagen of Sanford is seeking a skilled Tesla Technician to repair and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, ensuring diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance meet dealer and factory standards while building trust with customers.

Qualifications

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance to dealer and factory standards.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and participate in training.
• Maintain organized work area and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals including customers.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.

Located at Napleton’s Volkswagen of Sanford, the Tesla Technician will be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.

• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
• Maintains an organized work area

Job Requirements:

• Telsa Technician experience
• ASE certification desirable
• Excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
