Job summary

Napleton Nissan in Orlando is seeking a Tesla Technician to repair and maintain vehicles to dealer and factory standards. This role offers a high earning potential with a sign-on bonus up to $6,000 and incentive-based pay.

The position requires Tesla technician experience, ASE certification is desirable, and strong customer service and communication skills. A valid driver's license and 18+ age are required. We provide paid training, manufacturer certifications, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and team members.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and participate in training classes.

Located atNapleton's Volkswagen of Orlando, theTesla Technicianwill be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Job Responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
• Maintains an organized work area

Job Requirements:

• Telsa Technician experience
• ASE certification desirable
• Excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
