Job summary

EdNapleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Master Technician for Volkswagen of Sanford in Florida. The role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicles to dealer and factory standards, building trust with customers through quality service.

The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, top flat-rate hours, and options for 40–80 hours per week. Climate-controlled shop, paid training, and certifications accompany a strong growth path.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Master Technician.
• Master Level Certification required.
• Self-starter, process-driven; willing to undergo background check.
• 18+ years old to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Job Requirements:

• Must have proven track record
• Master Level Certification
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
