Job summary

Critter Control is seeking an energetic Wildlife Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base in the Cincinnati area and drive sales growth. Ideal candidates bring a hunter mindset, robust outside sales experience, and the ability to manage a territory with minimal supervision.

You will leverage company-provided leads while proactively generating new opportunities, building long-term relationships with homeowners, property managers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Hunter mindset with proven outside sales experience.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage schedule.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and recommending the right solution.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Grow new business in your territory through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring and referral-based sales.
• Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
