Verus Mortgage Capital is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to build and protect a book of business within a defined geographic territory. The role centers on developing deep, face-to-face relationships with Mortgage TPOs in your local market to position Verus as a lender known for strong local presence and personalized service.

You will serve as the dedicated contact for TPOs in the territory, generate consistent monthly loan volume through hands-on relationship management and new business

Qualifications

• Face-to-face relationship building with Mortgage TPOs.
• Generate monthly loan volume through active management and development.
• Non-Agency lending focus with potential to co-sell Agency products.
