Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws with high accuracy.
• Verify patient identification and labeling to ensure correct specimen labeling.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per test order.
• Travel within assigned territory up to 75% and cover PSC/IOP sites.
