Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist III for Houston, TX, territory. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends. Travel up to 75% to deliver professional phlebotomy services at PSCs and IOPs.

You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections, ensure patient identification and accurate labeling, and handle data entry in lab systems while maintaining a high standard of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and data entry skills.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws with accuracy.
• Verify patient identification and confirm orders.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; label and store appropriately.
• Maintain professional patient experience and accurate data entry.
