Quest Diagnostics in Tomball, TX is seeking a Phlebotomist III to travel within a designated territory delivering professional phlebotomy services at PSCs, Client Offices, or other sites. You will perform specimen collections, ensure correct patient identification, and uphold testing protocols while maintaining a low error rate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Travel up to 75%
• English Required

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws, handling difficult cases with minimal error.
• Obtain patient identification and labeling accuracy; perform data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing (labeling, centrifuging, splitting, storage).
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems.
