Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Shenandoah, TX is seeking a Phlebotomist III to join our territory team. The role requires three years of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma, and valid phlebotomy certification in CA/NV/WA/LA.

The schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with weekend rotation, and travel up to 75% within the territory. You will collect specimens, ensure proper patient identification, enter billing data, and maintain quality service across PSCs and client offices while upholding

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Travel up to 75%.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections (venipuncture and capillary draws) across the territory.
• Ensure proper patient identification and accurate data entry.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing following procedures.
• Support compliance with safety and confidentiality policies.
