This role focuses on outside sales, building the Pella brand among builders, contractors, architects, and trade pros, and achieving growth through relationship-driven selling across all product offerings.

You will spend most of your time meeting customers on site and prospecting for new business, while setting your own work hours.

Responsibilities

• Spend over 50% of their time at customer sites generating account growth with planned quality meetings, as well as prospecting to develop new business.
• Independently sets their own work hours.
