Pella Corporation is seeking a Territory Trade Sales Consultant II to cover the Monmouth or Ocean County area. The role focuses on outside sales, building the Pella brand among builders, contractors, architects, and trade professionals, and achieving sales goals through relational selling.

You will spend over 50% of time at customer sites, develop new business, and independently set your own work hours while earning a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in a territory.
• Ability to build relationships with builders, contractors, architects and trade partners.
• Relational selling to achieve sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Outside sales within assigned market to drive account growth.
