Purcell Tire & Rubber Co.—Aggressive on OTR, Heavy in mining, construction, and Ag. We are BIG on OTR + commercial, BUT we do retail + retread with locations in Reno, Fernley, and Elko. We’re hiring a hunter for the I-80 corridor from Reno/Sparks to Elko.

You’ll own a protected territory with 95% face-to-face selling to fleets, build your route, move inventory, and be the trusted technical resource. Enjoy a guaranteed base plus uncapped commission and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside sales in commercial/OTR tires, truck parts, lubricants, or heavy equipment
• Understand why a fleet manager cares about cost-per-mile, not just price-per-tire
• Book of business is a plus, but not required
• Valid CDL preferred
• Clear 3-year MVR with no DUIs
• Ability to pass background and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Own a protected territory
• 95% face-to-face selling to commercial fleets, construction, quarries, and mines
• Build your own route: 5-8 stops/day
• Move inventory, push programs, and aged stock before it kills margin
• Be the technical resource customers trust
• Know DOT codes, load range, wear patterns
• If you can’t talk shop, this might not be for you
